    Blue Storm Tutorial Pt 2

    Apply White frost e/s to browbone and teaduct to highlight.
    Apply Shimmersand to lower lashline, then apply the teal and blue e/s on top mimicing the order on the lid.
    Apply 2 coats Telescopic Mascara in Carbon Black to lashes.
    Apply MAC Fluidline in Blacktrack to upper lashline.
    Apply MAC PowerKohl in Feline to the waterline.
