Hey guys I know this is my first post in awhile and I haven't fulfilled my previous promise, but I'm back with a haul from Walmart. I actually got this stuff like two weeks ago but because I'm a slacker I'm just now getting around to posting about it. When I was in the store I ran across a section of brightly colored packaging and products that stopped me in my tracks. When I finally realized it was Hard Candy I was so excited I picked up a selection of liquid liners and eye duos.

Another Target Haul!

Hey guys today I'm just giving a little update on my makeup collection and the progress of my summer reading list so far. Ok so for like ever since the iPhone came out I have been lusting after it but since I was in contract hell with Verizon I wasn't able to get it, but I have finally been released from my contract imprisonment and decided to hop on the iPhone bandwagon. So I ended up getting the new iPhone 3G S 16 GB in black (it matches my new iPod classic). It gets here today by 4 pm and I'm so excited. So I went on an window shopping adventure at Target and got the bare minimum of makeup products, 2 new books, and the Gossip Girl season 1 box set.

Birthday Haul and Update!

Hi guys sorry about my hiatus but it was birthday on Thursday and before that I was working non-stop. Anyway so I finally saw Transformers: Rise of the Fallen and I must say it met all my expectations and more. It's really long but I didn't even notice cause it drew me in completely. I can't wait for it to come out on dvd. On my birthday I went to Chiptole(sp?) for my birthday dinner cause I love their shredded beef burrito bols. It was delicious. Then I got some makeup from Target, 3 lipsticks and a liquid liner. Friday I got my new iPod Classic in black and its gorgeous. Well I just wanted to give you guys this little update so you know I haven't forgotten about ya! Bye for now:)

Update and Target Haul!

Hi guys i haven't been checking here in awhile but I have a huuuge haul to document plus some updates in my life. So first off, I decided to forego the MAC haul this pay check cause I bought my mom a digital camera so I didn't have enough money to spread around. My pay check kinda sucked cause I went camping and had to take a lot more days off froom work than I usually do. Ok yesterday I went swimming and here in KC it was like over 100 degrees so yes I did get another burn but my lips didn't which was totally cool. Since my friend and I are gonna be swimming a lot now I bought some baby sunblock which I am not allergic to, yay! Ok just because I didn't buy MAC doesn't mean I didn't get any makeup because I have continued my Target haul. I decided to try out the Target exclusive Jemma Kidd makeup line, a UK brand. I got 5 lipsticks, 7 lipglosses, and 2 liquid liners. The lipsticks are so smooth and creamy, like butta, kinda the best since amplified cream from MAC. The lipglosses are a great dupe of MAC's dazzleglasses, they have really cool colors too. The liquid liners are kinda the best liquid liners you can find in any store outside of deparment or specialty stores great colors. I also got 6 Loreal Infallible lipsticks really great selection of colors. I also got 3 more Nicole by OPI polishes great colors.

Ok for other news I saw The Proposal with Ssandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds. It was a great comedy (effing hilarious) but the love story was a liitle under developed. The comedy was so great it is definitely a must see.

Target Haul!

Hi guys I'm popping in really quick to fill you in on the lipstick haul I got from Target. So in case you don't know, Target sales Boots N'7 Cosmetics, an English brand. I heard alot about this brand on youtube before I started this blog but didn't have the opportunity to check it out until i noticed Tharget sold it. So because I'm on a lipstick fact finding mission, I bought 5 Boots lipsticks.

Mineral Lip Lipstick in Latte Lover (reddish medium brown)
Mineral Lip Lipstick in Sticky Toffee (orange-ish brown)
Stay Perfect Lipstick in Bare (deep pinkish nude)
Sheer Temptation Lipstick in Smolder (sheer bright red, like venetian lustreglass from MAC)
Sheer Temptation Lipstick in Tempt (sheer medium pink)

All of the lipsticks are really creamy so they feel really nice on, but because of that I worry about their lasting time. A lipliner is kind of mandatory cause I think without the extra base it eill roam. The Sheer Temptation brand are really sheer, they remind me of the lustreglass versus the lipglass from MAC. I think this brand is good for basic lipcolors because their color selection is limited.

Update! Camping News and Haulage!

Ok guys its been almost a week since I got back from my camping trip, sorry about the late post. It's taken me this long to make this post cause my wifi at home has been acting up and the only high-speed connection available is at work. I thinks its kind of bad to spend the time you're sipposed to be working sitting on the computer blogging, but whatever you gotta do what you gotta do. Anyway, so about the camping trip it was fun, although there was things about it that sucked. For instance, my hair looked crazy for most of the time because my hair doesn't know how to rough it. I also lost a really cute shoe when I fell out of my canoe into the river. Oh and yes I do mean shoe singular because I only lost one but the other served no purpose so I had to chuck it. I also got a terrible sunburn when we went canoeing so I have been itchy since last Tuesday and for two days after that my lips were swollen four times their size. So I looked monstrous, but hey despite all this I had a good time. enough about the camping bad luck and on to my latest MAC haul. On the Saturday before I left to go camping, I made my latest MAC order and I got it Thursday. I bought nine eye shadow pans and a pro palette. I also got a free sample of Zoomlash mascara (I gave it to my mom). Other than my MAC haul I got 2 Max Factor lipsticks, but they don't really have names so I'll list the number for you guys.

Ok onto my summer reading, just in case you didn't know I am an avid reader (I read super fast). Ok so I love Chelsea Handler and have been dying to purchase her book, Are You There, Yodka? It's Me, Chelsea., ever since I heard her talk about it on her show, Chelsea Lately. It's just like her comedy on her show, supper random and hilarious. I would definitely say this is a must read for those who love chelsea Handleror those who like "classy" dirtyhumor. I'm also a huge fan of TrueBlood theHBO show about vampires. Ijust read the first and second books in the series that the show is based on. Tey are both brilliant, in my opinion, very good for those who likethe paranormal but in light doses with heavy measures of humor and romance. The books are by Charlaine Harris and the first two are Dead Until Dark and Living Dead in Dallas. I think the new season of the show just started, for all of you who have HBO [not me:(] check it out. Right now I'm reading Stori Telling by Tori Spelling. I find itsnot a big suprise it's a best seller, its suprisingly good, but it may just be because I'm a big Tori Spelling fan. Well I think this is the longest post I have ever made without pictures, lol, but anyway this is it fo now. Check ya lata!

Walmart Haul!

Hey guys I went to my local Walmart today and picked up a few things, since I was off today. I got 6 lipticks and 4 nail polishes. Oh and I finally got a Transformers on dvd just in time for the sequel to come out. I bought the novel dead Until Dark by Charlaine Harris, this is the book on which tv show Trueblood is based. Its the first book in a series of books so once I read this one I probably pick up the others. That's all for now!

Update on My Life!

Hey guys I back with an update on my life and my cosmetics collection. Ok so today I worked 11-5 and it looked like nighttime from 1 o'clock on cause its tornado season 'round here and that means severe thunderstorms. So today before it started pouring I went to CVS and got 2 new Rimmel Brow Definer pencils, in hazel and dark brown. I recently dyed my hair blonde in the front and I have been rockin' my trusty black brow pencil and its a bit too dark to the hair so I'm gonna try these and see which one works! I also got a Seche Vite Topcoat (the best topcoat, ever!), Orly fingernail polishes in Bare Rose, Beverly Hills Plum, White Tips, and Bonder basecoat (best basecoat, ever!), and Borghese nail polish in Toscano Spice. So I'm working fulltime right now, this week I only had 1 day off so I'm going to try to update at least once a week to fill you guys in on what going on in my life. I was actually so tired I missed out on a kick ass party last night, (DAMN!) but anyway that's all for now check you ladies later!
